On August 29, 2026, teens and parents from across the 14 county region, traveled to the Columbia County Exhibition Center for the Resilient Teens Summit.

Parents were able to learn about:
Safer Screens: Practical tools, device settings and digital strategies to help protect your family.
How to be an Askable Adult; Communicating with teens, building trust, strengthening connection and keeping the conversation open.
Recharge: Sleep, screens and teen mental health: helping parents understand the impact of late-night devices, doom scrolling, social media, and sleep deprivation on teen mental health and practical strategies that actually work.
Together teens and parents were able to learn:
