Our Georgia Family Connection Collaborative serves as the local decision-making body, bringing community partners together to develop, implement, and evaluate plans that address the serious challenges facing our children and families.

Taliaferro County Family Connection is proud to be part of the statewide Family Connection network. Together, we work to build partnerships, identify resources, develop strategic plans, and implement programs that support children and families. Our vision is for all children to grow up in safe, healthy, and educated environments, surrounded by stable, self-sufficient families and thriving communities.

What is a Collaborative Meeting? A Collaborative Meeting serves as a platform to bring together community leaders, organizations, and individuals who are passionate about supporting children and families. These meetings focus on:

• Building strong partnerships within the community.
• Sharing resources and innovative ideas.
• Strategizing solutions to meet local needs.
• Developing and implementing programs that create positive change.
